The final price for a bought or booked service may be different from a member’s initial purchase price due to a difference in the total time or pages. In such a case, The TM will soon notify the member of a refund or request additional payment. Payment will be due seven business days later. Go to #04 on the FAQ page to learn more about our fair pricing system.
If a member is dissatisfied with the results of any paid service, The TM policy is, in principle, to refund some or all of the money for that service and/or offer a free or discounted replacement service. However, this policy may not be followed if something is suspect.
